Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bioengineering, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
