- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI monitoring

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
