- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical insights into actionable plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats across global markets
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
