- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate lab-to-market transition of breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep understanding of ethical tech deployment and regulatory landscapes
