- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive adoption of emerging technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and advise on regulatory compliance
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year planning impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services from concept to market
- Deep understanding of tech convergence and exponential growth patterns
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
