Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on breakthrough technologies such as AGI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Encryption.
- Identify and assess high-potential startups and emerging tech trends to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lines.
- Present strategic insights and roadmaps to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting organizational strategies effectively.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Web3 architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience managing budgets and leading large-scale technical projects.
