Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and resource allocation
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in multi-million dollar budget allocation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from Stanford or MIT)
