- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to prototype and validate solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, blockchain, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
