- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact post-2025
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives in regulated industries
