- Manage $10M+ annual R&D portfolio allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
