- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement future-focused initiatives
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI of innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight preferred
