Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global tech consortia
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP monetization for frontier technologies
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives (Fortune 500 startup experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 100 boards
- Security clearance eligibility (government contracts required)
- Fluency in Mandarin/Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
