Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Collaborate with venture partners on future-focused investments
- Author thought leadership on technology disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
