Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026+ market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or future planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI Strategy, Foresight Methodology) preferred
