Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and drive adoption decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage technology innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
