Responsibilities
- Lead technology foresight initiatives identifying disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and maintain a technology radar mapping emerging capabilities against business objectives
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investment committees
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT capabilities
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging technology domains
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technological concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
