Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, neural interfaces, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biotechnology applications
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
