Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to production

- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
