- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future tech visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable energy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Academy)
- Published research on future technology trends (IEEE/Future Studies journals)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field preferred
