Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and lead a 15-person advanced technologies division
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and predictive modeling tools
