- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., Harvard Business Review, TechCrunch)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSSP)
