Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Create thought leadership content to position Innovatech as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven experience scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
