Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technological foresight reports to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies a plus
