Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through white papers and investor pitches
- Collaborate with UN Global Compact on sustainable technology frameworks
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through industry consortium partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature and MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent frontier-tech organization
- Published 5+ peer-reviewed papers on AI/quantum applications
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to global deployment
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and executive audiences
