Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess market readiness for 2026 implementation
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
