Responsibilities

- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation
- Author white papers on disruptive tech adoption patterns for 2026 market readiness
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and prototype engineers
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies in human-machine symbiosis
- Present at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (quantum computing, AGI, or similar)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals: neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading teams in agile/scrum methodologies with 50+ sprint cycles
