Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio)
- Proven expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic bioengineering, or neuro-symbolic AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM) on future-facing tech
- Experience with global policy development for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and one human-centric design framework
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies with real-world impact
- Security clearance for international tech collaboration projects
