Responsibilities

- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling proposals
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 7+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Experience securing federal innovation grants or venture funding
