- Prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation lab
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering futuristic projects (quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecastingStrong background in sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Experience with rapid prototyping in hardware/software environments
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
