Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in R&D with published breakthrough papers
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of patent-able innovations
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
