Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven executive briefings
- Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate emerging technology platforms

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
