Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to source disruptive innovations
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies and advise on compliance strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP) highly desirable
