Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business growth targets
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital interfaces) and their commercial applications
- Champion innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and open-source contributions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Oversee the integration of futuristic technologies into existing enterprise architecture
- Mentor a team of 5+ specialists in future-focused domains
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
