- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer industry standards for responsible technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research on emerging technology societal impacts
- Experience with federal grant processes for R&D initiatives
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
