Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping and pilot deployment
- Build and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products/solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies preferred
