You'll have the autonomy to explore emerging fields like quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotechnology, translating complex concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference speaking, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
