- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive digital transformation across product development and operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI/ML, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CIMS) a plus
