Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate foresight into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board of directors
- Oversee technology incubation programs for next-gen solutions
- Guide ESG principles in technology adoption and lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing forward-looking initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
