- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for strategic positioning
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior talent and establish innovation frameworks across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling and budget allocation
