Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for potential adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Create detailed roadmaps for technology integration and scaling
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
