Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists and publish white papers in IEEE journals
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Track record of launching products with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in technology forecasting and competitive landscape mapping
- Active patents or peer-reviewed publications in emerging tech
- Experience securing government SBIR/STTR grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong network with academic institutions and VCs
