Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, decentralized systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs and startup partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on next-gen technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological intersections
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
