Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching scalable technology products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $20M annually
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
