Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and human augmentation systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in synthetic biology and decentralized networks
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and technical architects
- Secure $5M+ in R&D partnerships with government and private innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio of published whitepapers or patents in transformative technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling tools
