- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technological disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley's most innovative startups and research institutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ technology strategists and innovation architects
- Oversee the $50M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Strategic Foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
