Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals

- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ tech disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks incorporating sustainability and ethical AI principles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
