- Design strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and global research labs
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and future-proofing methodologies
- Drive sustainability integration across all future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with futurist certification
- Exceptional scenario planning and market disruption modeling skills
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
