Responsibilities

- Architect scalable solutions for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI ethics frameworks

- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in predictive technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
