Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-level stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, books)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
