Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Architect strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Drive competitive analysis and benchmarking against global tech leaders
- Present technology strategy insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop governance models for technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformations in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Certification in technology strategy frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
